Other Activities
Other activities of ProSea include incident response workshops and efforts to gain international recognition for the importance of marine awareness in maritime jobs, for instance by organising an international Symposium, and by developing a Marine Awareness DVD.
International symposium
In 2005 ProSea and KIMO International organized an international symposium on marine awareness in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The goal of the symposium was to draw the attention of the international maritime world to the importance of marine awareness for achieving sustainability in the maritime industries.
