Clients
Many individuals and organizations working with the sea or at sea realize that healthy oceans are essential. As professionals, they also realize that their activities are influencing the oceans, often negatively. The individuals and organizations that take the ProSea marine awareness course recognize that their influence does not need to be negative. In fact, these individuals and organizations envision a positive role for marine professionals in creating a healthier marine environment.
Within this vision these individuals and organizations recognize marine awareness training as part of being a marine professional. They also recognize the immediate business advantages of marine awareness training in the form of image, ISO certification, and advance compliance with the marine awareness training addition to the the IMO STCW code (expected in 2010).
